We are a premier wellness and beauty center in Qatar, specializing in advanced slimming, skincare, and relaxation treatments. With a rapidly growing digital presence and expanding clientele, we're seeking a

results-driven Online Sales & Telemarketing Executive

to convert inquiries into bookings, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion:

Manage and respond to inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, and phone calls. Qualify potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Outbound Sales:

Contact past and potential clients to promote special offers, upsell treatment packages, and re-engage lapsed customers.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate CRM records by logging every interaction, updating lead status, and tracking follow-ups to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with reception and therapists to ensure smooth hand-off of bookings and accurate scheduling.

Performance & Analysis:

Achieve KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation; prepare concise sales performance reports for management.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on all treatment protocols, prices, and promotions to provide accurate and persuasive information to clients.

Client Insights:

Gather and share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve campaigns and enhance client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

1-3 years of experience in

telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales

(preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sector). Proven ability to

meet or exceed sales targets

. Excellent

spoken and written English

; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. Strong

communication, persuasion, and customer-service

skills. Proficient with

CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace

, and social media chat tools. Flexible to work

evenings or Saturdays

during high campaign periods.

Qatar-based candidates

with valid work authorization are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
