Role Overview:

The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing online sales channels, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Magento and proven experience in driving digital sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (Magento). Plan, execute, and monitor online sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Optimize website performance, including product listings, user experience, and checkout processes. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, shipping methods, and CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth. Provide excellent online customer service support when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in online sales/e-commerce, preferably in retail or FMCG. Hands-on experience with Magento (essential); knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing strategies, and online sales funnels. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
