We are seeking skilled and compassionate psychotherapists to join our team of mental health professionals online. : Position Overview: As an Online Psychotherapist at Mintea, you will play a crucial role in providing effective and compassionate mental health support to our diverse user base. You will work remotely, conducting therapy sessions through our secure online platform, making mental healthcare accessible to individuals regardless of their location.Responsibilities: Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct online psychotherapy sessions with individuals seeking help for various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Assessment and Treatment Planning: Perform initial assessments to understand clients\' needs, diagnose mental health conditions when applicable, and develop personalized treatment plans. Evidence-Based Therapy: Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and others, to help clients achieve their treatment goals. Maintain Clinical Records: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during sessions. Client Education: Educate clients about mental health, coping strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their emotional well-being. Collaboration: Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff within the Mintea network to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest developments in the field of psychotherapy through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards, including those established by relevant licensing boards and professional associations. Qualifications:

• Master\'s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Current licensure as a psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage and family therapist (if applicable).
• Experience providing psychotherapy, preferably in an online or telehealth setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of and commitment to ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Reliable internet connection and a private, secure space for conducting online therapy sessions.
• Comfortable using online therapy platforms and technology.
