**Online Merchandiser - E-Commerce and Quick Commerce Platforms - Al-Futtaim Dubai**
**Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an experienced **Online Merchandiser** to support digital operations across Marks & Spencer (M&S) websites and third-party quick commerce platforms such as Deliveroo, Instashop, and Foodpanda. This role is ideal for candidates with strong CMS skills, content coordination experience, and commercial acumen to enhance digital merchandising and improve site performance.

**What You'll Do**

• Manage daily website updates and campaign launches on the KIBO platform
• Support merchandising teams to ensure accurate tagging, categorization, and SEO optimization
• Build landing pages, content sections, and feature blocks for seasonal and promotional events
• Handle quick commerce catalogue uploads, price and stock updates, and digital asset curation across multiple platforms
• Monitor platform KPIs and resolve order availability or listing issues with urgency
• Coordinate digital asset uploads across email, homepage, push notifications, and PPC campaigns
• Collaborate with trade and SEO teams to enhance digital content and conversion rates
• Maintain a calendar of go-live timelines and execute campaign briefs on time
• Generate weekly content and sales reports, drawing insights to improve merchandising strategy

**Candidate Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online merchandising, eCommerce trading, or content management
• Familiar with KIBO, SAP, or other eCommerce backend platforms
• Experience managing listings on quick commerce apps (e.g., Deliveroo, Grab, Instashop)
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign performance tracking
• English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to adapt content and visuals for local audiences
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
