**Job Title:** Offline Travel Marketing Executive **Job Summary:** The Offline Travel Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing offline marketing strategies to promote our travel agency\'s products and services. This role involves planning and implementing various offline marketing campaigns and activities to attract and engage travelers, enhance brand visibility, and increase bookings. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Campaign Planning and Execution:** - Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print advertising, and outdoor advertising. - Create compelling and persuasive advertisements and promotional materials. - Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality marketing collateral. 2. **Event Marketing:** - Organize and participate in travel-related events, trade shows, and exhibitions. - Represent the company at travel expos and networking events to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients and partners. 3. **Collateral Development:** - Create travel brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed materials to showcase travel packages and destinations. - Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing. 4. **Partnerships and Sponsorships:** - Identify opportunities for partnerships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel-related businesses. - Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements to expand brand reach. 5. **Public Relations (PR):** - Draft and distribute press releases about new travel offerings, company news, or travel trends. 6. **In-Person Marketing:** - Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to engage customers directly. - Train and coordinate staff for promotional activities and travel-related presentations. 7. **Market Research:** - Conduct market research to understand traveler preferences, trends, and competition. - Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and target specific customer segments effectively. 8. **Budget Management:** - Manage the marketing budget for offline campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness. **Qualifications:** -Any Bachelor\'s degree - Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the travel industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging marketing materials. - Knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and products. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software may be a plus. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
