Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital campaigns
. Your role is to
respond quickly, qualify the lead, and close the sale
while providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Response & Follow-Up
Respond promptly to all new inquiries received via
Google Ads forms, social media ads, website, WhatsApp, or phone calls
.
Contact leads within
minutes of receiving
to maximize conversion.
Maintain professional, polite, and customer-focused communication.
Lead Qualification
Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's
needs, budget, and timeline
.
Identify whether the lead is a
serious buyer
or just browsing.
Record all lead information accurately in the
CRM system (Odoo/other software)
.
Sales & Closing
Present the company's products and services (Events rentals, Cooling solutions, etc.) clearly.
Prepare and share quotations, offers, and packages with leads.
Negotiate pricing within company-approved limits.
Work towards closing deals efficiently and achieving
monthly sales targets
.
CRM & Reporting
Update lead status, follow-up notes, and sales progress in the CRM.
Ensure no lead is left unattended or lost.
Generate daily/weekly reports on lead follow-up and conversions.
Customer Experience
Provide professional product knowledge and advice.
Ensure customers feel supported throughout their journey -- from first inquiry until booking confirmation.
Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality.
Requirements and Skills:
-Proven experience in online sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset, committed to providing exceptional service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Resilient with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
