Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely and accurate manner through email, chat and other social media platforms
Utilize available resources to research customer issues and questions
Identify and effectively resolve customer issues
Communicate customer feedback to other departments as needed
Collect and report customer service data and analytics
Promote sales of IIQAF products and services
Ensure customer service policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
