Our legal consultancy office is looking for a
System Agent
with strong experience in handling court and notary procedures across the UAE.Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience working with
Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi court systems
. Strong knowledge ofnotary services
and related legal procedures. Ability to manage case filings, follow-ups, and online system submissions efficiently. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in a law firm or legal consultancy is an advantage.Role Overview:
The System Agent will be responsible for managing online legal filings, tracking case progress, handling notary transactions, and supporting our legal team with system-based operations across multiple Emirates
