We are looking for an On-Ground Team Leader to join us at Tagaddod.

Daily count and checking inventory at warehouse .
Following up on inventory process in and out .
Checking safety and minimum stock benchmarks at the FP.
Tracking damage & expiry dates for all FP products .
Follow up on a daily basis of Raw & Packaging materials.
Managing products' barcoding process .
Ensure of receiving orders from collectors to scale it and record the code on the system.
Follow up the floor workflow through CCTV systems.
Ensure that company internal policy is executed on ground.
Ensure that Collectors complete their orders successfully.

Requirements

1 year at least experience of working in Operations or other relevant position.
FMCG background is preferable.
Working experience with MS Office .
Good practical knowledge of warehouses and performance/operation .
Solid experience in inventory business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, logistics, etc.).
Strong communication and people skills.
