Are you an experienced Oncology Sales Professional looking to be part of an innovative, dynamic and growing organization? GSKaEUR(TM)s GULF Oncology team is looking for Oncology / Hematology Account Manager to manage the sales and business activities across an assigned geographical scope. Key to this position is the ability to drive sales, leverage customer relationships and impact a variety of customer segments. This includes the design and implementation of business plans intended to increase revenue from targeted customers based upon strategic business analysis. You will understand and leverage roles and responsibilities of the cross functional team to drive sales results. These partners include Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Operations. Ideal candidates will have a deep knowledge of customers and accounts within oncology and hematology, as well as the local dynamics that influence business in their area.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop market intelligence & initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect the actual market demand.

Drive end-to-end patient solutions & tracking to support the product supply process & coordinate with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage the productsaEUR(TM) shelf-life.

Conduct frequent effective group meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness.

Drive performance and results through patient recruitment and end-to-end account management with full adherence to GSK way of working.

Carry out marketing specific tasks that will address market needs to drive portfolioaEUR(TM)s performance.

Establish long lasting relationships with scientific societies & KEEs to leverage advocacy & support patient care across the region.

Coordinate with cross functional team members to develop & implement plans of a defined territory to establish a clear success roadmap with the key accounts.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

BSc Degree in Pharmacy or Medical Sciences

Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a Track record of proven sales success consecutively.

Recent oncology/hematology experience in Kuwait is a must with one year or more as a minimum to be considered

Fluency in both Arabic and English languages

Valid driveraEUR(TM)s license with ability to travel as required

Please note that the successful candidate must be resident in Kuwait
