Our client is a Banking Industry company. They are now looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

Complete the on-boarding process for new joiners for both FTE and Outsourced employees.
Be the point-of-contact for new joiners.
Maintain/update and come up with effective MIS trackers.
Generate various reports extracted from the HR systems.
Conduct induction for new joiners.

Salary: AED 14000 - AED 15000
