Job Summary

The

Onboarding Specialist

plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and high-quality onboarding experience for new suppliers and service providers joining the iProcure.ai platform.

, ensuring that every company profile is professionally represented and optimized for visibility and performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Onboarding & Data Management

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers and service providers through the admin panel. Ensure all company information, UNSPSC categories, products, and services are entered accurately and completely. Verify supporting data such as contact details, company descriptions, and industry classification before activation. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely onboarding of newly acquired clients.

Customer Experience & Support

Serve as the first point of contact for new users during the onboarding phase. Conduct online or in-person walkthroughs to familiarize suppliers with the iProcure.ai dashboard and features. Provide prompt and professional support to resolve onboarding or listing-related queries. Collect feedback from onboarded clients to enhance the onboarding experience.

Platform Quality & Optimization

Continuously review and maintain data quality, ensuring profiles meet platform standards. Suggest enhancements in category mapping, product listing, and supplier data structure. Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine onboarding workflows and automation tools.

Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in

customer onboarding

,

operations

,

data entry

, or

CRM management

(preferably in B2B or tech platforms). Familiarity with procurement or supplier management systems is an advantage.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. Comfortable using CRM or admin dashboards. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling. Tech-savvy and process-driven mindset.

Other Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields. Immediate availability preferred.
