We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused
Onboarding Sales Coordinator
to join our Holiday Homes team. In this role, you will support new property owners throughout the onboarding process-ensuring smooth documentation , property setup, inspections, and listing activation on major booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding for new property owners after agreement signing.
Schedule inspections, photoshoots, cleaning, and property setup.
Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, and owner documentation.
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and marketing teams.
Provide excellent customer service and regular updates to property owners.
Maintain organized digital files and onboarding trackers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in holiday homes, real estate, hospitality, or sales coordination.
Knowledge of DTCM regulations and holiday home permit process is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Fluent in English; Arabic or any other languages is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
