Job Title: Onboarding Officer

Location: UAE - Abu Dhbai

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Language: Required excellent in English and Arabic

JOB DESCRIPTION :

"Adequate professional experience as an HR Onboarding"
Great communicator.
Information about Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Understanding of the payroll mechanism
Strong communication skills
Superlative interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the new employees
Passion for teamwork
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to empathize with the needs of the new employees, and guide them according to their requirements.

Preferred Education and Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field of study
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist.
Fluent in English, have knowledge of onboarding employees process, employee relation, visa process, payroll queries.
