Key Responsibilities:
Manage all onsite operations before, during, and after events.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements.
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Supervise and guide onsite staff during installation, setup, and dismantling activities.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and security protocols
at all times.
Manage logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment handling.
Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Event Management, or a related field

Proven experience in
venue management

project operations
.
Ability to
read and interpret CAD drawings

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office

Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
