Al Bader Exchange is seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Compliance Officer

to ensure our operations meet all regulatory requirements and uphold our commitment to transparency, integrity, and compliance.
The ideal candidate must be

approved by the Central Bank of the UAE

and have proven expertise in compliance, AML/CFT regulations, and internal audit processes within the financial exchange or remittance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) rules, regulations, and circulars. Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. Conduct regular AML/CFT training for employees and ensure KYC standards are met. Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Central Bank and relevant authorities. Investigate suspicious transactions and report STR/SAR cases as per CBUAE guidelines. Coordinate with management and auditors to ensure smooth inspections and compliance reviews. Stay updated with any changes in UAE financial laws and compliance directives.

Requirements:

Must be

Central Bank of UAE-approved Compliance Officer

(CBUAE approval letter required). Minimum

3-5 years

of compliance experience in Exchange Houses, Banks, or Financial Institutions. Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, and sanctions regulations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. UAE residence visa and immediate availability preferred.
