iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Omnichannel Lead - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:
Providing omnichannel support:
Expedite implementation in execution of digital marketing tools (such as SEO, web marketing, mobile apps, website management, social media campaigns, online/media advertising, content marketing, campaign automation and personalization), ensuring all channels are integrated seamlessly in the Sanofi ecosystem
Supporting franchise teams to execute omnichannel campaigns and projects across the channels
Ensure relevant metrics are in place to monitor success and business impact of omnichannel campaigns. Monitoring of campaigns, delivery of agreed KPIs, reporting & drive optimization. Using the local Go to Market (GTM) dashboard to monitor performance of campaigns, delivery of agreed KPIs, reporting & drive optimization
Assist in the teams in understanding key drivers of performance, turning data and analytics into business value in relation to omnichannel impact
Content Management:
Support the brand teams in the development and implementation of innovative digital content strategies to enable customer engagement and create positive value impact on the business
Ensure global content localization targets are met, and facilitate reporting content needs and gaps to global across all Business Units
Assess content performance and providing recommendations for improvement
Maintain content metadata tagging across all channels
Create and publish simple website templates using Magnolia CMS (content management solution)
Support the Campus PO in supervising content production/go-live on campus with the assigned agency and participating in UAT
Ensuring published pages are in line with SEO best practices

Requirements:
Master\xe2\x80\x98s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or another relevant field
Previous marketing experience is desired
Proficiency with MS Office Package
Fluency in English language
Tech savvy and able to combine analytical, organizational and administrative skills
Solid communication skills
Proactive mindset
Team spirit and able to work collaboratively
