- Client Industry: Machinery Manufacturing
- Contract Duration: 12 Months Extendable
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Required: Immediate Joiners
- Assume a strong and responsive support role to the MGS Sales and Service and provide high quality service and assistance to customers
- Assist the Key Account Manager in preparing quotations / offers to various customers
- Coordinate with the logistic and aftermarket division in USA or Germany in booking GAP confirmed orders
- Communicate with distributors / customers with regard to the shipment of their orders
- Prepare invoices and GRN for all GAP orders that have been shipped
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant role.
- Knowledge with ERP systems like Scala
- Good verbal and written communication skills
