Job Overview: Our in-house award-winning creative agency is looking for an Art Director with experience in video and motion. This is a creative leadership position within our New York Design Studio that involves overseeing a high volume of creative work and providing feedback to a large number of designers across multiple countries/time zones continually considering our voice and design best practices and constant collaboration with cross-functional partners. In addition to providing overall creative direction and ensuring alignment across the various design teams, this role also plays a part in significantly shaping improvements in production processes and tools development You will follow and help evolve brand guidelines and design direction, partnering with copywriters, other designers and authors and maintain and elevate the quality of a wide range of creative work Experience Required: You will have relevant experience in a newsroom, magazine or digital platform. You will have experience and real passion for a wide variety of editorial, video and motion design.
