The position would be based in Dubai or Riyadh, but the role has both global and local dimensions and responsibilities. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Knowledge Management team at Oliver Wyman are an integral business function, truly embedded in the industries, capabilities and platforms, ensuring we harness the best of our expertise as a firm globally. We play a key role in the practice area thought leadership, content and ways of working. As a Knowledge Manager at Oliver Wyman, you will be involved in setting the strategy and executing best in-class knowledge management. You will take a key role with cross-practice collaboration across the knowledge management team ensuring a seamless flow of information globally. You will proactively manage the synthesis and codification of our intellectual capital and act as the lynchpin, connecting people to the experts, expertise and insights efficiently. Our Energy and Natural Resources team are looking for an experienced knowledge management professional to join them in an exciting role. This role reports directly to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London, working closely with our Senior Knowledge Manager team based in London and Munich, and has a high level of direct interaction within our wider Knowledge Management community and the Energy and Natural Resources practice area. This role will be supported by Knowledge Analysts and a Knowledge Assistant based in our service hubs. • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in knowledge management, research or business development within the Energy and Natural Resources sectors

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program with a strong GPA
