Founded by a group of parents who are passionate about open-ended non-judgmental play, OliOli\xc2\xae entails 8 interactive galleries comprising over 45 hands-on exhibits.

The STEAM Programs Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development/execution of STEAM programmatic framework within OliOli\xc2\xae including temporary activations, events, enrichment programs, field trip programs, holiday camps, birthday party activities, and a variety of other STEAM activities, shows and workshops on offer at the museum (all these programs are hereinafter referred to as Programs). The scope of this position will extend to OliOli\xc2\xae outreach efforts and initiatives and will entail participating temporarily in events and activations elsewhere in the UAE.

KEY ATTRIBUTES & DELIVERABLES
Actively deliver the different STEAM Programs within the museum and in outreach events directly and indirectly through collaborations with the guest engagement and operations team
Assume the Program ownership responsibility for certain Programs and manage these owned Programs on an end-to-end basis
Work with the STEAM Programs Manager to regularly review, evaluate, and update (as appropriate) the content and delivery of the Programs
Test ideas for new Programs where appropriate tabulate and maintain records of observations on what works, what doesnt, and why
Be aligned with and stay true to the principles of open-ended exploration
Work with relevant members of the operations and guest services team to successfully execute and deliver on the Programs and achieve high levels of guest engagement/satisfaction
Engage with community members and other local/international third parties as potential partners/participants for OliOli\xc2\xae Programs
Initiate a dialogue with best-in-class STEAM educators/communicators to bring a differentiated approach to the OliOli\xc2\xae Programs
Train the OliOli\xc2\xae team to deliver the field trip programs, birthday party activities, demos, shows, impromptus and performances, and so on
Observe the team in action and ensure that the Programs are being delivered to high standards
Spend time on the floor to understand how guests use different galleries/exhibits to learn how guest engagement can be deepened
Create and maintain a library of all the Programs including observations on what works, what doesnt, and why
Work with colleagues to recruit, train, and oversee interns to help out at the larger OliOli\xc2\xae Programs
Help/support the marketing team to effectively market the Programs to potential guests
Ensure that all the adequate supplies, props, equipment, consumables, materials, etc for the Programs are available, and manage the budget for the Programs in a prudent and responsible manner
Work with the operations team to ensure that OliOli\xc2\xae Programs adhere to the highest H&S standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree with relevant education and emphasis
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute STEAM Programs
Ability to engage with audiences from diverse nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds
Excellent collaboration, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and balance project demands effectively
