Job Description
We are looking for an experlenced Offsite Rebar Fabrication Manager, to lead a skilled team of steel fixers on large-scale construction projects.
If you're a proven leader with a strong background in managing experienced teams, planning rebar projects and production, and delivering quality rebar solutions on time - we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
LEAD, PLAN AND DELIVERLead and motivate a team of steel fixers to ensure top-quality workmanship Plan and coordinate rebar production efficiently, ensuring project timelines are met Work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to manage and optimise workflow Maintain high safety standards and compllance on-site Solve challenges on the ground with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
The right individual will bring:
Proven experience managing steel fixing teams on major construction projects
V Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to plan, coordinate, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
