Offshore Engineering Manager (ADNOC Approved)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large engineering teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective project deliverables for both offshore and onshore projects.
Serve as Technical Project Manager for major offshore and complex project acquisitions.
Oversee project execution strategies, resource planning, and technical input for proposals.
Review and approve engineering designs, ensuring full compliance with offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ISO) and client specifications.
Manage integration and interface alignment between topsides, jackets, and subsea pipelines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
Manage project schedules, progress reports, and resource forecasts.
Ensure quality control, internal approvals, and client satisfaction for all engineering deliverables.
Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering professional growth within the team.
Uphold company QHSE policies and integrated management systems.
Requirements:
ADNOC-approved Engineering Manager (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Engineering from an accredited university; postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Minimum 20 years' professional experience in oil and gas processing facilities design or operation, including significant offshore project engineering management.
Proven experience in both offshore and onshore projects, including topside and subsea systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large engineering teams (5-10+ engineers).
Experience in conceptual, FEED, and detailed design for natural gas, crude oil processing, and offshore platforms.
Strong design, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in proposal estimation, cost, and quantity assessments.
