WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As an Offshore Contract Admin Intern, you will be responsible for:

Order Management: Accurately inputting and tracking customer orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
o
Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Materials teams to align on project timelines and requirements.
o
Proposal & Quotation Support: Preparing quotations and submitting proposals through customer portals.
o
Customer Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving pricing or delivery concerns efficiently.
o
Delivery Execution: Planning and coordinating deliveries, arranging gate passes, and ensuring all documents are ready and accurate.
o
System & Portal Updates: Maintaining accurate data and documentation across internal systems and customer portals.
