HR & Admin Internship Opportunity
Duration: 3 months minimum (extendable based on performance)
About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This internship offers exposure to various HR & Admin functions, including:
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute HR events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
3. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure documentation accuracy.
4. Learning & Development: Support training sessions, track employee participation, and gather feedback.
5. General Administrative Support: Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
