We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Off-Plan Specialist

to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, understands off-plan project cycles, and has a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market. This role offers strong earning potential and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Abu Dhabi & Dubai Provide expert guidance to investors and end-users on project details, market trends, and ROI Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual consultations Negotiate offers and close transactions professionally Keep clients updated throughout the sales and handover process Maintain accurate CRM records and meet monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in UAE

off-plan real estate market

. Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Arabic language

is an advantage. Must be

currently in the UAE

and

available to join immediately

. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
