Palinoia Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan properties from top developers in the UAE. We are looking for motivated, professional, and target-driven Off-Plan Specialists to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking an experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to promote, market, and sell off-plan projects from leading UAE developers. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional client service throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan properties from major developers.
Generate leads through calls, social media, events, and networking.
Conduct property presentations, consultations, and investment advising.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and pricing strategies.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Coordinate with developers regarding availability, pricing, and unit reservations.
Prepare and present offers, payment plans, and investment proposals to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in UAE
off-plan real estate market
.
Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Arabic language
is an advantage.
Must be
currently in the UAE
and
available to join immediately
