. We help clients invest in properties with confidence. We are looking for a
dynamic Off-Plan Sales Executive
to join our team and drive sales of upcoming real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell
off-plan properties
to prospective buyers and investors.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
Explain project details, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
Conduct property presentations and virtual or on-site tours where applicable.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Sales Executive or Real Estate Agent
, preferably with
off-plan property experience
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English and/or Hindi
or French.
Strong customer service orientation and result-driven attitude.
Knowledge of the real estate market, off-plan project dynamics, and investment trends.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, email, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
