Off-Plan Sales Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Off-Plan Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for promoting and selling new launch properties from leading developers to investors and end-users, requiring deep market knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for off-plan property units.
Lead Generation & Management: Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads through networking and sales activities.
Expert Consultation: Provide expert advice to local and international clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, and market trends.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage the entire sales process, ensuring all documentation and transactions strictly comply with RERA regulations.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and property developers.
Requirements {females only }
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on Off-Plan properties.
In-depth knowledge of major Dubai developers and projects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must possess a valid UAE Driving
License and own car.(preferred?
RERA Certification is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 5,000 per month (fixed).
Commission: Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure paid on closed deals.
