About Us:

VRAAAS REALTY is a new boutique real estate brokerage in the UAE, with a strong focus on off-plan properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan UAE Real Estate Agent to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an Off-Plan UAE Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for selling off-plan properties in the UAE to international clients. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms Build and maintain relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and preferences Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about off-plan properties to clients Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements Prepare and submit sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal departments Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Stay up-to-date with market trends, developments, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in off-plan real estate sales in the UAE with proven sales. Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly off-plan properties Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Languages - English, Arabic, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese Speakers required.
