We are seeking a
motivated and experienced Offplan
Real EstateSpecialist
with at least1 year of experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate market
.As an Offplan Specialist, you will be responsible for
guiding clients through property investment opportunities
,closing deals
, andbuilding long-term client relationships
.Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Dubai's off-plan real estate projects. Provide clients with expert advice on property investments. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients. Stay updated on current and upcoming real estate projects.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Dubai off-plan real estate. Provensales skills
and atarget-driven mindset
.Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:
