As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for clients seeking to invest in properties still under development. Your mission is to guide buyers through the off-plan journey--from initial interest to contract signing--while maximizing value and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi's top developments
Present detailed insights on payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI potential
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism and precision
Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and regulatory changes
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming projects
Prepare reports and investment proposals tailored to client goals
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan preferred)
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and development pipeline
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
