Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential buyers interested in
off-plan real estate projects
.
Present
investment opportunities
and guide clients through the
off-plan sales process
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
developers, investors, and brokers
.
Stay updated on
Dubai's real estate market trends, upcoming projects, and pricing insights
.
Manage the
sales pipeline
, conduct follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
Provide clients with accurate
market analysis and investment advice
.
Ensure compliance with
RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD)
regulations.
Maintain all leads, communications, and deals in the
CRM system
for effective tracking.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of real estate sales experience
in Dubai (preferably off-plan).
Proven record of achieving
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Strong understanding of
Dubai off-plan developments and investment trends
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English
(Arabic, Russian, French, Persian, or Hindi is a plus).
RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Professional, self-driven, and passionate about building a
career in real estate sales
.
Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated sales team.
