JPC - 4025 - Officer-Government Legal Affairs
Location: Abu Dhabi
Bachelors Degree
Experience Level: 3-5 years
Language Proficiency: Bilingual
Job Responsibilities:
Following up with the Court Order system and acting as both Maker and Checker, in coordination with the Operations Department and RM, to take the necessary actions for each case, such as placing and releasing holds.
Replying to Court Orders received through CCMs, mail, or branches.
Arranging the transfer of the requested amounts to the Court based on the received Court Orders.
Managing app4legal tickets related to Court Orders.
Handling the commercial building requests in the CBR portal.
Arranging and following up on standing orders to ensure that amounts are sent to the courts on time.
Handling police communications regarding requirements such as bank statements, account details, and authorized signatories.
Handling mortgage vehicle release requests through the Abu Dhabi Police portal.
Transferring any received amounts from the Court in the LGD account to the legal expenses account after confirming the case to which they belong.
Any other tasks referred to or assigned by the head of the Unit or GC or from time to time.
