Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Officer, Marketing and Communications role is responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of marketing and communications operational plans and to address the marketing needs across MH in line with the overall strategic and business goals. This role is also responsible for executing marketing, communications and promotional activities and driving programs that enhance MH\xe2\x80\x99s brand reputation and ensure consistency across all the marketing and communication channels.
Responsibilities
Participates in the implementation of the Marketing and Communications strategic and operational plans as well as publicrelations strategies in coordination with caregivers and relevantstakeholders to ensure alignment with MH\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategic and business goals, directed by the Line Manager
Executes the implementation of marketing and communications activities including but not limited to brand marketing, public and media relations, internal and corporate communications, employee engagement, internal and external events, campaigns, online portal
and social media channels and market research in alignment with MH\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines.
Manage events and sponsorships, followed by events reports to measure ROIs and effectiveness.
Support PR daily activities, follow-ups and offline media tasks
Manage directly marketing requests communicated by caregivers, physicians and service line managers, and share them with marketing manager to filter and prioritize each request and ensure the delivery of the requests.
Support content generation of messages across all communication channels in English and Arabic when required.
Support content development, proof reading, internal emails drafting in English and Arabic.
Support Line Manager to ensure that all marketing related activities are completed in readiness of the Department of Health (DoH)/DHA audits, and support obtaining DoH/DHA approvals for PR and advertising activities.
Maximize the communication channels with key stakeholders the intended audience, in aim to mature the relationship and build trust
Conducts regular research and market benchmark with the Line Manager to contribute findings and ensure continuous improvement in marketing and communication initiatives and programs.
Develops marketing reports on a periodic basis to highlight the achievements, targets and key milestones.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Digital Media & Advertising
Experience
0-2 years of progressive career experience. Prior experience in a JCIA healthcare facility is preferred
Job Specific Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and communication channels systems and programs
Strong knowledge of Creative marketing and communication techniques
Ability to utilize surveys, verbal feedback, focus groups and other marketing measurement tools
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly convey information and instructions
