Regularly check for new prescriptions generated from outpatient departments.
Arrange medicines from shelves against the prescription & process the prescription for insurance approval
Coordinate with doctors for any changes and clarification required in prescription.
Serves customers by backing-up receptionist/pharmacists answering telephonic queries; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
Follow-up for pending approvals and pending medicines.
Co-ordinate with other units for transfer of medicines or other general products.
Other duty assigned by the Head of the Department
