About the Role:

Are you passionate about optimizing aircraft asset management and driving operational excellence in aviation?



You will support the management and optimization of our fleet, focusing on both wide body (e.g., Boeing 787) and narrow body aircraft across their entire lifecycle.


In this role, you will maintain detailed fleet records including leasing agreements and maintenance schedules, coordinate aircraft modifications and upgrades, and provide critical support in planning maintenance activities that comply with lease requirements.





You will analyze leasing agreements and financial arrangements, work with operations teams to optimize aircraft utilization, and serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders like lessors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.



You can expect to track asset documentation, support budgeting and financial planning for fleet management, analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective communication with aircraft lessors while maintaining a strong focus on cost efficiency and operational excellence.

This is a critical role where your analytical expertise will directly enhance fleet optimization, cost management, and Riyadh Air's journey to becoming one of the world's greatest airlines.


About You:

Degree qualified in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, ideally within the aviation industry.



You are expected to possess a strong understanding of aircraft technical aspects, leasing contracts, and aviation regulations. You will also bring proficiency in financial analysis, data management, and excellent organizational skills.
