Responsible for developing, implementing, administering and coordinating management system activities to maintain and improve HETL Integrated Management System and ensuring the regulatory compliance requirements for all HETL terminals are met with. Assists the Management Representative in executing all duties related to any of the Integrated Management System Standards and implementation.
Principal Accountabilities
Act as Assistant Management Representative for the Integrated Management System.
Control, maintain and improve key processes, documentation and records required
by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Local Legislations, Corporate, Customers and applicable international standards
Assist EHSSQ Manager to establish and implement an e-management system and thereafter maintain and improve it.
Lead Internal IMS Audits and coordinate the various IMS and EHS related audits conducted by Certification Agency, Group EHSQ and Customer Representatives.
Manage the corrective and preventive process and track actions arising from audits, incident investigations, inspections and drills to closure
Conduct regular inspections both in Jebel Ali and Fujairah Terminals to ensure various departments\' compliance to the IMS.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Assist Operations Department in managing customer feedback and complaints.
Provide monthly report on IMS and EHS performances to HETL, HTL and GEHS Management including KPIs.
Responsible for conducting TNA and organise IMS and other EHSSQ related trainings and collate training effectiveness.
Organise Management Review meetings
Arrange documentations for the Terminals Operational Fitness Certificates and other Environmental and OH related licences and coordinate licensing activities.
Maintain EHSSQ databases including maintenance records of safety, fire protection and emergency equipment.
Organise employees Occupational Health Evaluation and track status
Assume the role of Terminal EHSSQ Officers during their vacations and manage the day-today activities of the terminal.
Carry out other related tasks as assigned
Experience
Education: High School / Diploma in Management or Engineering
Qualifications & Experience: Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 Auditing System. Have 2 to 3 years experiences as IMS Coordinator, Assistant Management Representative or similar role in oil and petrochemical industry.
Computer Skills: As the candidate is expected to manage the existing management systems and develop an e-management system, good computing skills on databases, active directory and Microsoft Office applications including word documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and graphs are essential
Language & Writing Skills: Excellent report and procedure writing including verbal communication skills in English with the ability to put forth concepts in simple but good English as editor of various documents and other material are essential.
Other Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of regulations of local authorities and standards related to EHS in petrochemical Industry. Must possess analytical skills, and the drive and ability to translate information into relevant actions.
