Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Monitor and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for staff and contractors.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to local and international HSE standards.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation as required.
Requirements / Skills:
Minimum 5 years of proven HSE experience in Industrial settings (O&G, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Plants).
NEBOSH Certification mandatory.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
