Job Overview
As an Officer - Decoration, you will assist in executing in-store advertising, promotional visuals, and seasonal displays according to corporate communication standards. Your responsibility includes maintaining brand consistency, preparing store decor, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales. This role contributes directly to the overall visual appeal and brand representation of MAF Retail stores.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of promotional and decorative materials in-store
• Maintain a clean, appealing, and brand-compliant store environment
• Assist in preparing signs, pricing boards, posters, and seasonal visuals
• Monitor decoration supplies and track inventory levels regularly
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for signage and communication
• Participate in daily floor walks to inspect display areas and identify improvement needs
• Help execute events, promotions, and season changeovers as per timelines
• Report safety-related concerns or maintenance issues to the relevant department

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, store decoration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of visual display and customer-oriented presentation
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing store needs
• Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working on-site and performing physical tasks when required
