We are currently recruiting for an Officer - Copywriter for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Purpose-

Responsible for creating compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, such as advertisements, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns. The officer copywriter\'s role will effectively communicate the brand\'s messaging and positioning to engage and resonate with the target audience, ultimately driving awareness, and engagement. By leveraging their writing skills and creativity, the officer copywriter will contribute to brand and communication objectives and help enhance brand awareness and storytelling.

Responsibility-
  • Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, website content, social media posts, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
  • Adjust writing style and tone to mirror the brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to cultivate innovative concepts and ideas that actively engage and resonate with the target audience.
  • Employ creative and concise English copywriting techniques to captivate diverse audiences with engaging content and a distinct tone of voice while ensuring a fast turnaround.
  • Skillfully adapt the voice, style, and other messaging characteristics based on the industry, company, or target audience.
  • Stay current with appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent messaging.
  • Edit and proofread all written content.
  • Ensure adherence to the brand\'s style guidelines and maintain consistency throughout all copy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary revisions.
  • Review copy for accuracy of information and proper source attribution.
  • Perform final quality checks to ensure error-free and polished copy prior to publication.
  • Research and analyze internal stakeholder needs and target audiences through online searches, existing research reviews, subject-matter expert interviews, and in-person meetings.
  • Interpret copywriting briefs to comprehend project requirements accurately.
  • Conduct thorough and high-quality research and interviews.
  • Stay updated on communications and client-related industry trends.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather information about our brand, target audience, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Utilize research tools to gain a deep understanding of our market and develop relevant, compelling content that aligns with our brand\'s positioning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices in copywriting and marketing.
  • Continuously refine and enhance copywriting skills, actively exploring new techniques and tools to improve our brand\'s storytelling and achieve better results.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish project timelines and deadlines.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure the timely delivery of written content.
  • Proactively communicate with team members to stay updated on project progress and changes.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and adjust work plans as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Efficiently monitor and manage time to handle multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Maintain regular communication with project managers, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns or obstacles that arise during the project.
  • Collaborate with designers, media team, internal comms, social media, digital, and client service leads, as well as external agencies (as needed), to collaborate on projects.
  • Engage with our internal team of account managers and creative staff throughout the entire process, from concept development to the delivery of the final product.
Skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Publishing House, Journalism, Copywriting Agencies or related.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficient in research.
  • Familiarity with content strategy and creation for both online and offline platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of various Social Media Platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO is advantageous.
