KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities * Evaluates trends in market conditions using information available from various sources, including market intelligence reports relative to competitor activities as well as political, economic and industry developments.

• Creates detailed data-driven reports, analyse and draw conclusions to provide business teams and management with insights on performance.
• Identifies and employs appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools for effective presentation of management information to Senior Management.
• Continuously measures the effectiveness of existing business strategies and processes and propose improvements
• Provides inputs into the development of models and algorithms with the objective of improving key revenue management KPIs such as RASK, yield and revenue.
• Works closely with IT and business teams to provide system & report requirements. Tests, delivers and supports effective & efficient commercial systems that drive revenue maximizing capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
