1- Review and analyse all the medical complints to ensure complicion of patient medical records and supportive documment
2- Coordinate with Specialised Committee Chairman and committee members to ensure effectiveness of meetings
3- Liase with committee members and support them with the information need
4- Collect and Collate medical complaints in order to develop trends analysis reports by the technical experts
5- Engage in external activity to ensure continuous development of the Clinical Governance Committee office
6- Receive, review the appeal cases received from Clinical Audit and Control Department ,Policy and Strategy Department and Licsencing Department; to ensure completeness of the documents
7- Distribute the committee decision to the concern department.( Clinical Audit and control department ,policy and strategy department and licensing department.
8- Follow up the committees decision with concern department ( Clinical Audit and control department ,policy and strategy department and licensing department.
9- Monitor and record the performance of the committee against the established Service Level agreements.
10- Review and consolidate the statistical report of the committees (monthly, quarterly and annually) to ensure proper documentation and recording of complaint
11- Prepare range of reports for Head of CGCO providing necessary assurance to the HQ that effective systems, processes
and controls within HRS are in place and directly contribute to the performance management program reporting against KPls specified within performance objective Plan.
12- Other related duties as assigned.
