1- Participate in preparing stratigic plan, polices, procedurs and manual for Clinical Governance Committee office
2- Prepare regular committees reports to ensure compliance with objectives' commottees Tearm Of Reference ( TOR ).
3- Collaborate with the team in analysing the medical complaints, developing trends analysis, reports and recommending improvements for Head Quartor.
4- Review the committees (Medical liability Committee ,Medical Practice Committee ,and Medical Grevience Committee )decision and ensure its implementation through propoer cordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5- Coordinate with all department required for an action to ensure all decisions and recommendation from committees are inplace
6- Regular monitoring and reviewing the clinical Governance Committees original its Terms of Reference and work plan in order to evaluate the achievement of its duties.
7- Consider external and internal assurance reports and monitor action plans, in relation to clinical governance committees reports.
8- Follow up on the serious complaints outcome Action Plans presented to Top Mamagenet Team and communicate the recommendations to the respective parties.
9- Facilitate workload of the committees; Medical liability Committee ,Medical Practice Committee ,and Medical Grevience Committee decision to ensure highest level of quality services achievment to meet customer expectation and needs.
10- Follow up the higher Medical Liability Committee decision and ensure implementation are processed with in the agreed Selevel Level Agreemtns.
11- Prepare statistics on the committees performance and cases (monthly,quarterly and annually) closed and the actions implemented in order to track the outcome of the committee recommendations.
12- Regular submission of CGCO key performance indicators to Head of CGCO
13- Other related duties as asigned.
