Job Description

Overview



Prepare and consolidate the annual budget of the organization by aligning it with strategic objectives and estimating financial needs based on economic data and trends.



Review and evaluate the budget performance of different departments, identify gaps or strong areas, and prepare analytical insights to support management decisions.



Monitor fund allocation and spending on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with approved financial plans and internal policies.



Suggest practical improvements to strengthen the budgeting process and enhance the efficient use of financial resources.



Develop and present periodic financial and budget reports, including quarterly and yearly summaries.



Analyze budget variances, determine their root causes, and recommend corrective actions where required.



Perform activities related to quarterly performance assessment OKR and ensure consistency with the organization's financial objectives.



Support coordination with internal units to improve budget planning accuracy and financial discipline.





Job Requirements



Strong ability to plan, regulate, analyze, and supervise budgeting processes using a structured and data focused approach, with the goal of improving resource allocation, monitoring fund utilization, regularly assessing unit performance, and proposing corrective measures to enhance financial effectiveness.



Qualification requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field, with solid understanding of budgeting principles, financial analysis, and organizational performance evaluation.
