: MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To assist audit reports on compliance findings of outstations and DXB processes as they are defined in flydubai approved processes and relevant regulations ensuring that the Airport Services team execute operations in the most efficient manner while maintaining the highest levels of safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports in the regular compliance audits of DXB and outstation airport operations to ensure adherence to flydubai standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements (GCAA, IATA, ICAO, etc.).
Assesses operational processes and documentation for consistency, completeness, and compliance.
Identifies and reports non-conformances, potential risks, and improvement areas; track and verify corrective actions.
Liaises with internal departments and ground handling partners to ensure proper implementation of flydubai processes and regulations.
Supports the development and updating of compliance checklists, audit tools, and process documentation.
Participates in the investigation of operational incidents and service failures; contribute to root cause analysis and remedial actions.
Liaises with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) as well as external stakeholders to ensure they are fully aware of gaps in compliance and make recommendations for their management in solving compliance gaps.
Prepares detailed audit reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries for management review.
Maintains current knowledge of aviation regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting airport operations.
Supports the checks of proficiency of turnaround operations - reporting on shortfalls and compliance to precision time schedules and provides key recommendations.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support compliance and quality control functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
3 years' experience in airport operations such as check-in, boarding ramp handling, loading, pushback, de-icing, and into plane fueling. Experience with B737 and other narrow-body aircraft (preferable) Experience in areas such as passenger services, baggage services, ground handling operations, dangerous goods regulations and Ramp handling.
3 - 5 years
4 - 6 years
Auditing or quality management certifications (e.g., ISO, IATA ISAGO, ICAO SMS) are an advantage.

ISR REQUIREMENTS Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
