About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and experienced

Medical Supervisor

to oversee the coordination, supervision, and performance of both office-based and field-based medical teams. This pivotal role ensures operational efficiency, high standards of patient care, and staff discipline in line with internal protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise office staff and deployed medical personnel (nurses, paramedics, and support staff). Coordinate rosters and shift coverage across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal deployment. Enforce employee discipline, attendance tracking, and adherence to the company's code of conduct and HR policies. Conduct regular site visits, evaluate staff performance, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with

DOH regulations

, safety protocols, and infection control standards. Assist in onboarding, orientation, and continuous training of medical staff. Participate in internal audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance reviews. Monitor inventory and manage supply needs (medical kits, PPE, emergency equipment). Support and coordinate emergency response efforts, including ambulance and medical team mobilization. Address and resolve patient or operational complaints with professionalism. Prepare and submit weekly performance and operations reports to management. Ensure timely renewal and submission of licenses, certifications, and other documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field is

preferred but not mandatory

. Minimum of

2-3 years' experience

in the healthcare sector, with at least

1 year in a supervisory or team leader role

. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English
