  • Handle all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
  • Make travel arrangements & Document expenses in reports.
  • Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-level management to maintain timely addressal of crucial decisions.
  • Communicate fluently in telephonic conversations by adhering to organizational ethics and protocols.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
