We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Secretary to the General Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and the General Manager\'s Office. You will also be responsible for maintaining the General Manager\'s schedule, managing correspondence, and handling a variety of other administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Manage the General Manager\'s calendar and schedule appointments
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes
Manage the General Manager\'s travel arrangements
Maintain the General Manager\'s office files and records
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an office administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
