Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings

Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses

Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain organized and up- to- date physical and electronic files

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations

Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as needed
